KorriGo Services Card

Your contactless transit card

The map

The KorriGo Services card is a personal and named card that allows you to benefit from several services on your Guingamp-Paimpol Mobilité network.

With this card, you can load single tickets, books of 10 trips, and subscriptions (annual and monthly), but also use tickets on other partner networks in Brittany (BreizhGo TER and coaches, or urban networks).

For each trip, simply validate the card on the validator.

Create a KorriGo card

Where can I create the KorriGo card?

You can create the KorriGo Services card via the online shop, in an agency or by filling out a form and sending it by post. The form must be completed with the information of the person requesting the card.

The form is available in a paper version at the branch and can be filled out on site.

Which card should I choose?

There are two types of KorriGo Services cards:

The registered identifiable KorriGo Services card. It is printed with certain personal information (first name, last name, and photo) and your date of birth is recorded on it. It is valid for several years and is rechargeable.
The declarative KorriGo Services card. This card is also registered, but your customer profile is not recorded on it. Because of these limitations, this card does not allow you to benefit from discounts (under-26 pricing or solidarity pricing). In the event of theft or loss, its contents cannot be recovered.

General information

In case of loss, theft or damage

In the event of loss, theft, or damage, a fee of €8 will be requested to issue a duplicate in-branch.

If your KorriGo card was issued by a network other than Guingamp-Paimpol Mobilité, you must request a duplicate from the network that issued the card.

In case of malfunction

In the event of a malfunction and, only if you can present the card when making the request at the agency, a duplicate can be made free of charge.
